JOB SUMMARY:
Reviews admission applications and supporting materials, providing guidance and support to prospective online students throughout the application and enrollment process. Evaluates and processes transfer credit for admitted students, assists with determining LIFE Scholarship eligibility, and ensures compliance with the South Carolina REACH Act. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
30% - Application and Data Management: Reviews academic records and application materials for prospective students, issuing and communicating admission decisions on a rolling basis for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Assists with the review of LIFE Scholarship eligibility and verifies SC REACH Act compliance for incoming transfer students. 30% - Guidance and Support: Communicates with prospective students in-person, by telephone, and through electronic communication, offering detailed interpretation of the University’s admissions requirements and transfer credit policies. Also engages with faculty and institutional partners. 25% - Transfer Credit Processing and Evaluation: Evaluates transcripts and course equivalencies for incoming students and assists with adding transfer credit to academic record. Manages and maintains data in the Transfer Course Equivalency List (TCEL). 5% - Recruitment: Represents the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at college fairs and during private visits to schools across the state. 10% - Other duties as assigned.

Expected Salary Range
42000 - 46000Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
