Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing leads within a customer relationship management (CRM) system and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective students by phone, email, text, social media, and mail. You will conduct informative tours and screening interviews, utilize social media and online tools to engage potential students, and ensure that all application paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. Collaboration with the Financial Aid Team will be necessary to help qualified applicants secure financing solutions. Additionally, you will provide career and motivational counseling to prospective, current, and graduating students, set and manage enrollment goals, lead and motivate the Admissions Team toward achieving enrollment goals, and serve as a positive representative of the school's creative culture.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUHigh school diploma or equivalent (A bachelor's degree is a plus)2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer salesProactive, positive, energetic go-getter with a passion for promoting the schoolSales ability in a consultative, mentoring modelHigh proficiency with computer technology, including social media, presentation software, and business applicationsEffective organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritizeExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong leadership abilityReliable and punctual with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and SaturdaysYOUR HOURSThe Admissions Counselor position is full-time and on-site in Sacramento.
