Job Duties
Responsibility / Duty
Facilitates a relationship-based communication plan via traditional mail, phone calls, and messages through the university's CRM platform, visits, and tours.
Percentage Of Time 25 Responsibility / Duty
Participates in recruiting programs away from campus at high schools, career centers, and community colleges. Participates in evening and weekend recruitment programs at high schools, community colleges, and on campus.
Percentage Of Time 25 Responsibility / Duty
Serves as part of the Admissions team and manages a recruitment territory. Contacts, visits, and informs prospective high school students, guidance counselors, and transfer students about Nicholls programs and life on campus

Schedules, administers and presents campus tours to groups on campus.
Percentage Of Time 15 Responsibility / Duty
Assisting with planning, organizing, and execution all on campus recruiting events (Colonel Days, Scholars Nights, and Orientation and any others).
