Position Summary
The Admissions CRM & Data Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Slate CRM system and ensuring data integrity within the admissions process. This role oversees the accuracy and security of applicant records, supports communication efforts, and provides reporting and analysis for enrollment decision-making. The position requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to train and support admissions staff in CRM best practices.
Essential Functions
Slate CRM & Database Management
Serve as the primary administrator for Slate CRM, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
Monitor the progress of applicant files and aid enrollment advisors in ensuring all required documents are received.
Interface with IT and external consultants to implement Slate-related projects and updates.
Train admissions staff on Slate functionalities, updates, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with data security policies and institutional guidelines.
Admissions Process & Communication Support
Oversee the processing of applications, including background checks, fee tracking, admission decisions, and new student files.
Ensure timely distribution of admit and deny letters in coordination with admissions leadership.
Create and manage online application forms, ensuring user-friendly functionality.
Assist in the development of email and letter communication workflows to support recruitment and enrollment strategies
Monitor analytics on communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Technical & System Support
Provide technical support for the admissions team and prospective students concerning web applications and online admissions tools.
Serve as a liaison between the admissions team and IT for system troubleshooting.
Implement updates and new features within Slate to enhance workflow efficiency.
Assist in developing automated processes for data management and applicant tracking.
Stay updated on advancements in CRM technology and higher education data management trends.

Provide data insights to support strategic enrollment planning.
Collaborate with institutional research teams to align data reporting with broader institutional goals.
Collaboration & Compliance
Work closely with Enrollment Services departments to ensure seamless data integration.
Ensure admissions records comply with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
Maintain confidentiality and security of applicant information.
Participate in professional development opportunities related to CRM and data analytics.
Provide technical training and documentation for new admissions staff.
Institutional Engagement & Workplace Priorities
All full-time employees are required to attend semi-annual training events (e.g., Asbury CARES) as part of their professional responsibilities.
Employees must arrange their schedules to ensure availability for all mandatory meetings and institutional events.
Full-time employees who are also enrolled in courses must prioritize their work responsibilities over academic coursework during scheduled work hours.
Employees are expected to actively participate in institutional discussions and engagement opportunities that support collaboration and department-wide goals.
