Salary Grade
Case Western Reserve University is committed to providing a transparent estimate of the salary range available for this position at the time of its posting. The salary range is between $52,705 and $66,672, depending on qualifications, experience, department budgets, and industry data.

Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Coordinate admissions directives and plans for the Masters of Science in Medical Physiology (MSMP). Support admissions recruitment and support faculty in their recruitment efforts.

CONTACTS
Department: Frequent contact with faculty, particularly the Associate Director and Director of the MSMP program to discuss admissions planning, recruitment, and outcomes. Regular contact with the faculty who serve on the MSMP Administration committee to discuss applications of potential MSMP students, recruitment strategies for faculty who recruit, outcomes, and admissions objectives. Regular contact with departmental staff who manage and oversee essential functions in the MSMP program.
University: Regular contact with enrollment management and moderate contact with university marketing to discuss marketing materials, swag, and scheduling of coordinated open houses and admissions events for recruiting potential students.
External: Regular contact with prehealth advisors and other university faculty for the purposes of advertising the MSMP program and recruiting students.
Students: Regular contact with admitted students with the intention of tracking program successes and outcomes. Frequent contact with potential students to recruit them to the MSMP program.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibility
QUALIFICAITONS
Education/Experience: Master¿s degree in higher education or a related field with 2 years of experience in admissions OR a Bachelor¿s degree and 6 years of admissions or related experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
WORKING CONDITIONS
General office environment. May be asked to work a fluctuating schedule. Evening hours and weekends are sometimes required. Travel for recruitment is part of this job.
Hybrid Eligibility
This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangement up to two remote days per week at the discretion of the department. New employees may begin a hybrid schedule upon approval from the supervisor, successful completion of an orientation period and signing the remote work checklist certification form.
