In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service by welcoming guests from all over the world, collecting and scanning admission tickets for validity, and recommending premium products to enhance their visit. You'll handle cash transactions in the stroller and wheelchair rental area, as well as the Annual Pass Center, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include distributing park literature and products, monitoring hand stamp re-entry, and overseeing the exit process. Working closely with team members, you'll engage with guests of all ages while managing stressful situations with professionalism and poise. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon entry. Scan admission tickets at the main entry to ensure tickets are valid. Assist guests with the biometric scan. Distribute literature including but not limited to: park maps and show schedules to guests. Advise guests and monitor the hand-stamp re-entry policy at entry and exit sections.
• Assist guests utilizing the service based sales process to recommend premium products at every opportunity while directing guests to the appropriate sales locations.
• Assists and reviews operating procedures with guests for purpose of rental check-in of strollers and wheelchairs.
• Assists with line expediting at any area where guest assistance is needed
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
• Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Perform duties related to area presentation throughout the day
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Demands:

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
• The noise level is generally moderate to high
• Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors

Schedule:

• Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

• $19 per hour (After 1,000 hours worked, pay increases to $23/hr
