Rainbow Acres is located in Northern Arizona and is a Christian community empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live with dignity and purpose. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Admissions Manager to guide families of neurodiverse adults through an important life transition.


Responsibilities


  • Drive admissions strategy and census goals with leadership
  • Manage the full admissions process: tours, applications, interviews, decisions, and admission coordination
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience
  • Build and maintain referral relationships; attend trade shows and outreach events
  • Track admissions data using CRM tools and prepare required reports
  • Collaborate on marketing and census‑driving initiatives
Qualifications


  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities required
  • 3+ years in long‑term care or similar field; admissions/marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to analyze data, work flexible hours, and travel as needed
