The Admissions Operations Manager serves as a key operational partner within the Office of Admissions, providing advanced administrative and operational support to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management while leading the coordination of business operations, administrative processes, and departmental projects. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation of the Admissions Office through operational planning, financial coordination, executive support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Admissions Operations Manager exercises independent judgment, manages confidential information, and serves as a liaison among students, families, faculty, staff, and campus partners. This role is expected to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, develop and document sustainable processes, coordinate departmental initiatives, and support the successful execution of enrollment priorities. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service in support of the university''s enrollment goals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Admissions Operations Manager works closely with the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, Admissions staff, Enrollment Management partners, Finance, Human Resources, Student Accounts, Registrar, Financial Aid, faculty, staff, students, families, and external constituents to support operational excellence and student success.

The individual typically performs the duties of the job in an open office setting. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud at times, with several disruptions throughout the day. A valid driver's license is required. Night and weekend work may be required.
