Position Summary
The Admissions Recruitment Specialist will be the main point of contact for prospective students and lead recruitment efforts which attract a broad range of diverse candidates at the Silver School of Social Work. In collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Services, the individual will play a key role in hosting recruiting and yield events (online/on-campus) and lead efforts to attract and engage diverse student populations across the country. Recruit and train current graduate students to become admissions ambassadors and manage ambassador engagements, which include (but not limited to) events, email outreach, and other recruitment initiatives. Ad hoc projects may be assigned, as they relate to the continued effort to attract and retain high-caliber, diverse students to NYU School of Social Work.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Required Experience: 2+ years experience working in a recruitment function or an academic setting acquired. Basic knowledge of higher education office administration.

In compliance with NYCs Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $81,687.37. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
