Orlando School of Nursing (OSN) is looking for an energetic, student-focused Admissions Representative to join

our growing team.
As the first point of contact for prospective students, you'll play a vital role in helping future nurses begin their educational journey. From the first conversation through enrollment, you'll provide guidance, support, and an exceptional admissions experience while helping students take the first step toward a rewarding healthcare

career.

What You'll Do
Connect with prospective students through phone, email, text, and in-person appointments.
Conduct admissions consultations and campus tours.
Guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process.
Build and manage an active admissions pipeline.
Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining ethical recruitment practices.
Collaborate with Student Services, Financial Aid, Marketing, and Academic Leadership to support student success.

 

What We're Looking For
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of admissions, recruitment, sales, customer service, or higher education experience preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizationaland time-management abilities

A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
