Role Description The Admissions Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Reno, NV, responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. In this role, the representative engages with inquiries via phone, email, and in person, conducts admissions interviews, and provides clear information about programs, prerequisites, tuition, and financial aid resources. The role includes following up with prospective students, supporting them through application and enrollment steps, and maintaining accurate records in admissions systems. The Admissions Representative collaborates with campus staff to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to enrolled student and participates in outreach activities, such as information sessions or campus events. This position requires meeting enrollment goals while upholding ethical admissions practices and delivering a supportive, student-centered experience.\n
