Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective students.
Conduct engaging and informative presentations and campus tours (in-person and via Zoom).
Follow up with prospective students, nurture leads, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Utilize a CRM system to track all student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
Work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine sales and communication skills.
Requirements

✔ Minimum of 1 years of sales experience required (preferably in admissions, consultative sales, or customer engagement).
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, engaging approach.
✔ Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong ability to connect with prospective students.
✔ Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and email communication.
✔ Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
