About the Job

Kick off your summer working where the fun begins! As an Admissions Team Member at Enchanted Parks, you'll be one of the first faces guests see when they arrive. You'll welcome guests, scan tickets, help with parking and rentals, and make sure everyone starts their day with a great experience.

This is a perfect summer job for teens and young adults who enjoy being outdoors, working with people, and staying active.

What You'll Do

  • Scan and validate tickets and season passes at park entry
  • Sell or scan parking passes at the Toll Plaza
  • Direct traffic into the parking lot when needed
  • Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Provide directions and park information
  • Work at Lost Parents locations and maintain proper documentation
  • Rent out strollers and wheelchairs
  • Manage Lost and Found items
  • Clean and maintain animal kennels and inventory at end of day
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Follow Enchanted Parks' Guest‑First service standards
  • Assist with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum age: 16
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with guests throughout the day
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • For Lost & Found/Rentals: ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong teamwork skills and reliable attendance

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support park operations.
