Adobe AEM Platform Development / Support

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
• Design and develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex application issues.
• Analyze production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.
• Support content authors with content management, publishing, and workflow-related issues.
• Troubleshoot AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and replication-related issues.
• Develop and maintain reusable components following AEM best practices.
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
• Must have experience in AWS S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda
• Must have experience in Splunk, ServiceNow.
• Participate in deployment, release management, and environment support activities.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, DevOps, and QA teams for smooth delivery and support.
• Optimize application performance, catching strategies, and content delivery.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and adherence to development standards.
• Production Support Responsibilities: Incident Management and Service Request Handling. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
• Deployment Support and Validation.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Documentation.
