Develop, maintain, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
Design and develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services.
Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex application issues.
Analyze production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.
Support content authors with content management, publishing, and workflow-related issues.
Troubleshoot AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and replication-related issues.
Develop and maintain reusable components following AEM best practices.
Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
Must have experience in AWS S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda
Must have experience in Splunk, ServiceNow.
Participate in deployment, release management, and environment support activities.
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, DevOps, and QA teams for smooth delivery and support.
Optimize application performance, catching strategies, and content delivery.
Ensure platform security, scalability, and adherence to development standards.
Production Support Responsibilities: Incident Management and Service Request Handling. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
Deployment Support and Validation.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Documentation.
