Role Overview

Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is focused on hands-on AEM development, integration with .NET applications and enterprise systems, and supporting the applications through development and production troubleshooting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Design and implement AEM components, templates (xdp's), fragments, workflows, services, and integrations.
• Integrate AEM with .NET applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Work with relational databases and perform database-related development and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Follow development standards, security practices, and CI/CD processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with the ability to actively develop, customize, and maintain AEM solutions rather than only support or administer the platform.
• Experience with AEM Components, Templates, and Workflows, with the role requiring hands-on design and implementation of components, templates (xdp's), fragments, workflows, services, and integrations.
• Good understanding of .NET / C# and enterprise application integration, including the ability to integrate AEM with .NET-based backend applications and enterprise systems.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, including database-related development and troubleshooting.
• Strong JavaScript experience for development work within the application environment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, JSON, and system integrations, with the ability to work on integrations between AEM and other applications and services.
• Experience with TFS as part of the development environment.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams in delivering scalable solutions.
• Experience integrating AEM with .NET-based backend systems.
• Knowledge of SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT, and XPATH for applicable services and integration work.
• Ability to follow development standards, security practices, and CI/CD processes as part of ongoing application development and support.
