Short Job Description (Summary)
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Lead/Architect to drive end-to-end implementation, design, and deployment of AEP solutions including Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, and Customer AI.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, customer segmentation, and platform integrations, along with hands-on experience in XDM, Web SDK, APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. This role requires close collaboration with business, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, data-driven customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AEP implementation (design → development → deployment)
• Define customer data strategies (segmentation, personalization, activation)
• Build and manage data pipelines (Data Lake, Identity Services, Data Collection)
• Design schemas using XDM (Experience Data Model)
• Integrate AEP with Adobe tools (Analytics, Target, CJA) and external systems
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security
• Provide API-based integration solutions and best practices
• Troubleshoot performance/data quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Data Science)
• Stay updated with AEP releases and enhancements
