You Are:

A solutions-minded architect who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy - equally comfortable whiteboarding with a CTO and reviewing a sprint with a delivery team. You bring deep hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform, but what sets you apart is your ability to connect technical fluency to real business outcomes: scalable customer engagement ecosystems, governance frameworks that stick, and omnichannel experiences that feel seamless rather than stitched together. You build trust with clients, align stakeholders with clarity, and do your best work when the path forward isn't obvious.

The Work:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
