Job Responsibility:
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
" Design and develop Event-Based and Audience Qualification Journeys.
" Configure Email, SMS, Push Notification, In-App, and Web Channel campaigns.
" Implement Offer Decisioning, Dynamic Content, Personalization, and Content Templates.
" Configure Journey Entry/Exit Criteria, Decision Splits, and Journey Orchestration.
" Support Journey Testing, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Production Deployment.
" Collaborate with business and marketing teams to convert requirements into scalable customer journeys.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
" Develop and maintain XDM Schemas, Datasets, Identity Namespaces, and Merge Policies.
" Configure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP/RTCDP).
" Build and support Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion pipelines.
" Design audience segmentation and profile activation strategies.
" Implement identity resolution and profile stitching.
" Ensure compliance through DULE policies, consent management, and data governance. Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
" Create and manage Connections and Data Views.
" Build dashboards, reports, calculated metrics, and visualizations.
" Analyze customer journey performance and campaign effectiveness.
" Partner with business stakeholders to derive actionable insights from customer behavior.
