Role Summary
The Adobe Workfront Fusion Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows and integrations using Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. The role focuses on optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and integrating Workfront with enterprise applications such as AEM, Salesforce, Jira, SAP, and other third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations.
Configure and administer Adobe Workfront, including custom forms, workflows, templates, approval processes, and reports.
Integrate Adobe Workfront with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, REST services, and Fusion connectors.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define integration requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.
Provide user training, support, and guidance on Workfront and Fusion capabilities.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and organizational standards.
Monitor platform performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Expertise in workflow automation, approval workflows, request queues, and project templates.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and SaaS integrations.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce, Jira, Slack, SAP, or similar enterprise applications.
Understanding of Workfront objects, custom forms, layout templates, access levels, and reporting.
Experience in business process automation and workflow optimization.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Adobe Workfront Core Professional Certification.
Experience implementing enterprise-scale Workfront solutions.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to ETL, iPaaS, and cloud-based integration platforms.
Experience leading technical workshops and client-facing discussions.
Experience
4 8+ years of overall IT experience.
2 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Proven experience delivering enterprise workflow automation and integration projects.
Salary:
