Adobe Workfront Administrator – (Marketing Operations)

Overview
The Client’s Marketing Operations team supports the successful execution of marketing programs across multiple lines of business and client segments. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront platform, with a strong focus on workflow automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance marketing operations delivery.
As an individual contributor, the Senior Workfront System Administrator partners with stakeholders across the organization to streamline processes, support users, develop reporting solutions, and implement automation that improves project execution and operational effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities
• Administer Adobe Workfront at the system level, including user and group management, access levels, layout templates, and custom forms.
• Train users, develop training materials and guided walkthroughs, and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Design, build, and maintain request queues, routing rules, approval processes, and automated workflows to streamline intake and accelerate project delivery.
• Design and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios that support workflow automation and API integrations.
• Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within Workfront.
• Partner with project coordination teams to monitor execution timelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address project risks through automation.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders using shared workflow tools to maintain visibility and alignment throughout project execution.
• Communicate technical automation and AI-related concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or a related field.
• Experience administering and supporting Adobe Workfront, including system configuration, workflow management, reporting, and user support.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated workflows, approval processes, request management solutions, and workflow routing.
• Experience developing and maintaining Workfront Fusion scenarios and supporting API integrations.
• Experience with traditional and digital creative development processes while ensuring content aligns with business objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client-focused approach with the ability to deliver work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification.
