ADON/MDS

We are looking for a RN MDS coordinator/ADON to round out the team, this is with a 50 bed SNF. This is an excellent opportunity to level up with an award winning facility, 5 star staffing, TOP-Tier Comp package that will put the right candidate at the top of the MDS Market and in a nice newer facility. Lots of support for the the MDS.

MDS coordinator:

• Current OH RN licensing
• RAC-CT certification a plus+
• 2+ years previous MDS/ADON experience in a SNF
• MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting a plus+
• Team player with leadership skills / strong communication
