Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, anufacturing Engineering or a closely related STEM field (ABET-accredited prefeered)
• Strong academic performance in core subject such as material science, statistics & dynamics, manufacturing processes, CAD/CAE
• Model Based Engineering

Desired Skills

• Advanced CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or Autodesk Inventor) with the ability to create complex assemblies, renderings, and export GD&T‑driven drawings.
• Data‑science basics - comfort using Python, VBA, or R to automate data‑collection, generate plots, and build simple predictive models for yield or cycle‑time analysis.
• Lean‑Six‑Sigma exposure - certification (Yellow/Green Belt) or hands‑on participation in Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping, and waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards - familiarity with AS9100, DFARS, and ITAR compliance considerations.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
