Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Associate degree or coursework in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and workforce management software.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee and payroll information.

Experience Requirements

• Experience with ADP Workforce Manager, ADP Time & Attendance, or similar workforce management systems required.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, timekeeping, or employee records administration preferred.
• Experience working with SuccessFactors or other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage employee data accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Frequent use of a keyboard, phone, and office equipment.
• Ability to review reports, analyze data, and complete detailed administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines.

Job Duties

• Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Manager by processing new hires, employee changes, transfers, and terminations based on weekly HR reports.
• Run and review reports from SuccessFactors to ensure employee information is accurate and updated in workforce management systems.
• Support HR and payroll teams by resolving questions related to timecards, schedules, attendance, and paid time off requests.
• Assist employees with ADP Workforce Manager registration, account access, and system navigation.
• Manage annual holiday schedule updates and ensure workforce management calendars are maintained for all locations.
• Review and maintain system configurations, including accrual profiles, accrual policies, pay rules, schedules, and pattern templates.
• Ensure accurate workforce data, support payroll processing activities, and help maintain compliance with company policies and timekeeping requirements.
