SCHEDULE:
Part-Time, Hybrid; approximately 12-16 hours per week within the program's Monday-Thursday operating window; additional hours may be required based on program needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong administrative, organizational, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with adult learners from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace, data management systems, video conferencing platforms, and digital productivity tools
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting and compliance deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of student confidentiality and privacy laws
- Willingness to work evening hours as program needs require
Preferred
- Experience in career coaching, workforce development, case management, adult education, or a related field
- Experience working with adult learners
- Familiarity with HiSET, TABE/DRC, Essential Education, WIN Career Readiness System, inTERS, or similar instructional and data management platforms
- Knowledge of local workforce, community, training, and post-secondary resources
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet individually with adult learners to assess educational and career goals and develop individualized career and transition plans
- Assist students with career exploration, workforce readiness, post-secondary planning, and employment preparation
