BASS Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine or Adult Family Medicine Physician to join an established family-oriented primary care practice in Chico CA. We heavily prioritize provider work-life balance and emotional intelligence offering a collaborative environment devoid of the bureaucratic red tape seen in large hospital systems. Quick Look Schedule Full-Time | Monday - Thursday 800 AM - 430 PM Friday 800 AM - 230 PM. Extremely light call obligation. Supportive Environment Enjoy a highly efficient workflow with 11 Medical Assistant support Athena EMR and AI scribe technology to eliminate after-hours charting. Location Outpatient clinic in Chico CA. Practice Overview Broad Scope of Care Provide outpatient primary care to an adult and geriatric demographic ages 18 managing chronic conditions such as metabolic syndrome diabetes hypertension and heart disease. Clinical Duties Conduct annual wellness visits establish treatment plans and perform minor outpatient skin procedures biopsies laceration repairs. Quality Over Quantity Manage a low-volume average of 13-15 patients per day. Benefit from 30-minute slots for annual wellness visits and new patients and 15-minute slots for follow-ups. Leadership & Teaching Provide clinical oversight and collaboration for the practices Advanced Practice Providers with direct bonus compensation tied to APP productivity. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is 250000 to 300000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
