Adult IDD Day Services Coordinator
Full-Time, Salary $45,000 - $47,500

GoodLife Innovations is seeking Day Services Coordinators to lead our Day Services programs for adults with disabilities. As the Day Services Coordinator, you will promote high-quality outcomes for persons served and manage Day Service operations, including developing activity schedules, communicating with parents/guardians, and training and supporting staff. You will also support the development and operation of client-supported employment and community service/volunteer activities. A great candidate will have experience in this field and a compassionate outlook.

Some duties include:
  • Creating high-quality activity schedules and calendars in accordance with participants’ skill plans
  • Supervising Day Services staff, including scheduling, giving feedback, and providing ongoing training and support
  • Coordinating caseloads and attending support plan meetings for caseload
  • Communicating with parents/guardians and sending monthly newsletters, activity calendars, and event flyers highlighting program activities
  • Ensuring accurate documentation, data collection, and medication administration
  • Purchasing materials needed for activities and ensuring program is fully stocked
Some qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a social services or related field preferred
  • One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope
  • Flexibility in assigned working hours and location
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Must successfully pass criminal background check
  • Must be a safe driver and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to physically support clients with and without adaptive equipment
