Adult Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – Airport Road, St. Louis, MO | $40/Hour


Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for an adult client in the Airport Road area of St. Louis, Missouri.


Available Schedule

• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 midnight
• Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.–12:00 midnight
• Thursday: 4:00 p.m.–12:00 midnight
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 midnight
• Total: Approximately 48 hours per week

Pay


$40 per hour


Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive, one-on-one nursing care in the client’s home
• Follow the physician-approved plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor the client’s condition and report any significant changes
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed
• Document all nursing services accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with the client, family, physician, and agency
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful, and comfortable care environment
• Follow all infection-control, emergency, and agency procedures

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN or LPN license, or an active multistate compact license recognized in Missouri
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous private duty, home health, long-term care, or adult nursing experience preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Must be able to consistently work the posted schedule
• Must pass all required background checks and employment screenings
• Reliable transportation is required
