A Psych Rehab Specialist will:
Help clients improve their everyday functioning by developing and implementing life skills to achieve higher levels of independence and success in daily life Work with clients in their homes or in the community, or wherever real-time support is needed (driving not necessary; transportation may be available) Collaborate with clients treatment teams to support therapeutic goals and maintain a consistent approach to client care
A Psych Rehab Specialist should:
Be supportive, patient, and a positive person Have some experience helping people with emotional or behavioral challenges Learn independently Function well as part of a dynamic team
High School Diploma or equivalent required Individual and Group Supervision will be provided
