Enrichment Instructor - Youth/Adult Position Description
This is a part-time position for an Enrichment Instructor to work with youth and/or adults in a variety of settings, including but not limited to community centers, schools, and libraries. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with diverse populations and a proven track record of creating engaging and interactive programs.
The Enrichment Instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enrichment programs for youth and/or adults, including but not limited to arts and crafts, sports, and educational activities. The instructor will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring students, as well as maintaining accurate records of program participation and progress.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement enrichment programs for youth and/or adults • Supervise and mentor students in a variety of settings • Maintain accurate records of program participation and progress • Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement program goals and objectives • Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience working with youth and/or adults in an enrichment setting preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to design and implement engaging and interactive programs • First aid and CPR certification preferred
