Advance Practice Provider (NP /PA) $140k/yr salary + $7,500 sign on - Primary Care, Mon-Fri, no weekends/eves, 6-8 patients per day

$140k/yr salary + quality bonus + $7,500 sign on bonus!  Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings.  Manage chronic conditions of your own patient panel, see about 6-8 patients per day.

Responsibilities:

The APPs we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The APP who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patients needs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
