The Panther Group is currently hiring Advanced Assemblers for an exciting opportunity with a leading electronic systems manufacturer in Hudson, NH. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
Position Overview
As an Advanced Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling mechanical subassemblies and systems using detailed instructions, tools, and process sheets. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and disassemble mechanical components and subassemblies
  • Follow detailed process sheets and work instructions
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed
  • Handle and manipulate small parts with precision and fine motor skills
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as lacing and knot tying
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Meet quality and production standards
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or trade school education (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
Pay Rate: Up to $31.93 per hour DOE
