Advanced Behavior Technician Case Manager

L.I.F.E. is seeking qualified supervisors for San Joaquin county!

Salary: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a BA/BS degree in ABA or a related field.
• Must have a minimum of two years working with children ages 0-18 with Autism and/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.
• Must provide a negative TB test and pass a criminal background check upon hire.
• Must be open to a flexible schedule as case placement may vary or change.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and active car insurance in order to travel to clients’ homes.
• Must be able to perform essential work duties such as lifting, squatting, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to accept and give constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
• Ability to empathize with clients and their family members.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
• Ability to interpret, create, and implement clinical protocols.
