The Challenges (Because We're Upfront About This)

Residential treatment is demanding work. You'll be supporting young people through intense emotional struggles, setting boundaries, and maintaining a structured environment even when it's difficult. Some days will test your patience, your emotional reserves, and your problem-solving abilities. The shift work (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm) and required weekend shifts (Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday) aren't for everyone—but for those who thrive in this environment, the rewards are incomparable.

The Details

• Salary: $18.50-$20/hour base pay with 25% weekend differential and double pay for holidays
• Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical insurance (yes, really), dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, paid time off

• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in psychology/social work preferred OR 2+ years residential treatment experience (Must be 21+ and pass background check)
• Physical Requirements: Must participate in morning workouts, hikes (3-5 miles), and stay active throughout the day
• Schedule: Full-time position with shifts either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, including one weekend shift
