Impact of the Role
As a key contributor, you’ll turn challenging prints into production‑ready processes. Your ability to diagnose issues, refine toolpaths, and uphold rigorous quality standards keeps customers confident and deliveries on time.
Core Responsibilities
- CNC Machine Operations — Execute complex setups and run parts on mills, lathes, and Swiss equipment to tight tolerances.
- Quality Control & Troubleshooting — Apply GD&T, measure accurately, and resolve issues through offsets, tool changes, or program edits.
- Equipment Maintenance & Safety — Perform routine maintenance; follow safety policies; sustain a clean, well‑organized workstation.
- Reporting & Communication — Capture inspection data, communicate status, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience — High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred. 2–4 years of CNC operating experience with blueprint reading and precision metrology proficiency.
- Skills & Competencies — Detail‑minded, mechanically inclined problem solver; collaborative teammate who can mentor junior machinists.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with machinery and production noise.
- Standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Schedule & Pay
- Full‑time, standard shift; overtime may be necessary based on production needs.
- $22.00–$30.00 per hour, plus shared‑cost health care, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match after a waiting period.
