The Opportunity
Operate CNC milling equipment following company procedures and safety standards
Translate blueprints, travelers, and technical notes into accurate setups and runs
Load raw stock, unload finished parts, and keep throughput steady
Perform basic setups, identify tooling needs, and communicate requirements clearly
Measure, inspect, and document both quality and production data
Keep your station clean, organized, and audit-ready
Work closely with teammates and contribute to continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
Mechanical aptitude and strong mathematics skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods
Lift and move up to 50 lbs
