Advanced CNC Machinist — Milling

When: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM (Night Shift)
Pay: $25–$35 per hour | Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity
- Operate CNC milling equipment following company procedures and safety standards
- Translate blueprints, travelers, and technical notes into accurate setups and runs
- Load raw stock, unload finished parts, and keep throughput steady
- Perform basic setups, identify tooling needs, and communicate requirements clearly
- Measure, inspect, and document both quality and production data
- Keep your station clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Work closely with teammates and contribute to continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
- Mechanical aptitude and strong mathematics skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Technical Edge
- Equipment troubleshooting
- CNC tooling
- CNC programming
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
