ADVANCED CNC MACHINIST & PROGRAMMERS NEEDED ASAP

First Shift: 7am to 4pm
Starting Salary: $26 to $35/hr based on experience

Are you the kind of machinist who can walk up to a machine, program it, set it up, and get parts running without needing someone to hold your hand?

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE. We are looking for someone who already knows both Programming AND Machining and wants to be trusted to do real work.

What you MUST have:
• At least 3 years of CNC machining experience REQUIRED
• Strong CNC programming experience REQUIRED
• Experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and 3 axis milling
• Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and keep production moving

If you are tired of being underused, constantly watched, or stuck in a shop where nobody values skill, this could be the opportunity that changes that.

Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401k and more.
Please Apply ONLY if you can truly program, setup, and run your own machines.
