Compensation: Up to $25.00 – $26.00/hr (top operators) - Visual Inspectors / Micro Deburrers (A & B Shift)
Compensation: $18.00 – $24.00/hr - Manufacturing Engineers (CNC Programming)
Compensation: $38.00 – $50.00/hr - Maintenance Mechanic (A Shift)
Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00/hr - Production Floater / Assembler (A Shift)
Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00/hr
Core Responsibilities by Role
- CNC Machinists
- Set up and operate CNC mills/turns
- Read blueprints; adjust tooling, offsets, and workholding
- Own first-piece validation
- CNC Operators
- Load/unload parts; monitor machine cycles
- Perform basic quality checks and maintain logs
- Visual Inspectors / Micro Deburrers
- Inspect small precision parts under magnification
- Execute detailed micro deburring to specification
- Manufacturing Engineers (CNC Programming)
- Develop and refine CNC programs (milling or turning)
- Improve processes and support production teams
- Maintenance Mechanic
- Repair and maintain production equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and complete preventive maintenance
- Production Floater / Assembler
- Assist with assembly and production tasks
- Adapt quickly to needs across departments
Candidate Profile
- Manufacturing, CNC, or production experience preferred
- Ability to work assigned shifts (1st, A, or B Shift)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
