• Production Floater / Assembler (A Shift)

Core Responsibilities by Role

• CNC Machinists
  • Set up and operate CNC mills/turns
  • Read blueprints; adjust tooling, offsets, and workholding
  • Own first-piece validation
• CNC Operators
  • Load/unload parts; monitor machine cycles
  • Perform basic quality checks and maintain logs
• Visual Inspectors / Micro Deburrers
  • Inspect small precision parts under magnification
  • Execute detailed micro deburring to specification
• Manufacturing Engineers (CNC Programming)
  • Develop and refine CNC programs (milling or turning)
  • Improve processes and support production teams
• Maintenance Mechanic
  • Repair and maintain production equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and complete preventive maintenance
• Production Floater / Assembler
  • Assist with assembly and production tasks
  • Adapt quickly to needs across departments

Candidate Profile

• Manufacturing, CNC, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work assigned shifts (1st, A, or B Shift)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
