Shifts:
1st: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
2nd: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am
What you will do
Execute complete CNC set-ups, run parts to print, and perform preventive maintenance per Standard Work
Inspect features, deburr components, and conduct manual operations when required
Select, preset, and stage tooling for the next scheduled job to ensure smooth changeovers
Update visual controls; define, implement, and sustain countermeasures for issues found
Engage in SMED, Kaizen, and 5 Whys to resolve abnormalities and drive continuous improvement
Report equipment deviations promptly; help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
Lead by example in safety—follow procedures and speak up to prevent unsafe acts
What makes you successful
3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience (or comparable advanced CNC operating background)
Strong mechanical aptitude; able to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances
Proficiency in CNC Tooling, CNC Programming, G‑Code, M‑Code, and CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
Comfort operating both CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
Disciplined, creative problem solver who thrives in lean manufacturing
