PCR/Lemay is seeking a reliable, safetyfocused
in
Frederickson, WA
, to support our heavyduty truck and trailer maintenance teams. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, CDL premium, swingshift differential, and a $5,000 stayon bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate:$35.00-$36.00/hour
- CDL Premium:Additional $1.00/hour for Class A or B CDL holders
- Shift Differential:+$1.50/hour for swing shift
- StayOn Bonus:$5,000

Schedule & Overtime
- Shift:Monday-Friday, 2:30PM - 11:00PM
- Overtime:Average 8-10 hours/week; paid at 1.5O
- Shift:Swing shift with differential applied
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks/trailers
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, andair systems
- Usediagnostic toolsand software (Cummins Insite, Davie4, Allison DOC)
- Perform DOT and OSHAcompliantsafety inspections
- ExecuteMIG weldingand basic fabrication tasks
- Test drive vehicles to confirm repair quality/performance
- Record repairs, parts, and hours usingfleet maintenance software
- Review and act on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Communicate repairs and issues effectively with drivers and supervisors
- Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years heavy truck/diesel mechanicexperience
- Intermediate proficiency withdiagnostic toolsand software
- Valid Driver's License;Class B CDL preferred(or obtain within 90 days)
- Welding experience (MIG) preferred
- Solid understanding of DOT, OSHA, and vehicle safety standards
- Ability to read and apply service and technical documentation
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Own basic mechanic tool set
- SAFETY SENSITIVE: YES
