UCT is looking for a talented Advanced Electrical Assembly Technician IV to join us in Hillsboro, OR!
The Assembly Technician IV performs advanced electronic and electro-mechanical assembly in a high-mix semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality and precise production output. This role builds and integrates complex assemblies-including wiring, cable routing, soldering, and component installation-while following detailed work instructions, schematics, and build documentation. The technician performs testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly issues, supporting efficient production, consistent product performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in advanced assembly and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret assembly prints, electrical schematics, and blueprints
Strong working knowledge of:
Cable routing and harnessing
Wiring, soldering, and crimping standards
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
Understanding of quality standards and inspection practices
Basic GD&T knowledge preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Effective communication skills in a team environment
Working knowledge of MRP systems and production documentation tools
Educational/Certification Requirement:

Work Experience:
4+ years of experience in manufacturing, cleanroom, or electro-mechanical/electrical assembly environment
Experience with wiring, cable routing, and troubleshooting preferred
Experience with testing, inspection, or leak testing is a plus
