Job Overview:
As an Advanced Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality skincare treatments and services while building a loyal client base. You will utilize your expertise in advanced esthetic treatments, stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and develop meaningful relationships with clients to promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced esthetic services, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Build and maintain a personal clientele through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Educate clients about skincare routines, product use, and post-treatment care.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and promote spa services and products effectively.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to engage new clients and promote special offers.
Qualifications:
- Valid state esthetician license and certification in advanced esthetics.
- Proven experience in a medical spa or high-end esthetics environment.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales skills and a passion for building a personal clientele base.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced technologies such as laser treatments or other cutting-edge technologies is a plus.
- Background in sales or marketing within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Certification in holistic or alternative skincare therapies is a plus.
