What you’ll tackle
Plan the sequence of machining and assembly operations from customer orders and technical data (drawings, specifications, purchase orders).
Develop shop routings, op sheets, tooling plans, and process docs that deliver quality and throughput.
Align processes with available equipment for efficient, effective manufacturing.
Specify, design, or procure special tooling/fixtures and equipment to meet cost and schedule targets.
Program CNC equipment to meet dimensional, finish, and timing requirements.
Serve on Corrective Action and MRB Boards, driving resolution and prevention.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining and tooling issues.
Create or revise manufacturing drawings using CAD methodologies.
Value‑engineer products and processes to reduce cost, lead time, and cycle time.
Adhere to company policies/procedures, as well as military and contractual requirements.
Perform other duties as needed.

BS in Engineering required; equivalent experience considered
