Job Details
  • 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing
  • You have a manufacturing background in welding, assembly, sheet metal, and/or fastening
  • You have experience taking a product concept and developing from scratch
  • Experience making a product easier to assemble at a lower price
  • You have a "roll up your sleeves" mentality when it comes to getting the work done
  • Knowledge and practical application of GMAW and GTAW in both steel and aluminum.
  • Working knowledge with CNC brakes, punches and routers in aluminum sheet fabrication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Experience with tooling and fixture design
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Background in automotive is a plus
