The Global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Manager - Welding & Fabrication oversees the development and deployment of standardized manufacturing processes across global sites, ensuring capacity, quality, safety, and cost targets are met in fabrication and ETO environments.
Responsibilities include owning process standards, defining capacity models, leading equipment strategy and vendor selection, supporting NPDI readiness, and driving process standardization and continuous improvement.
The role requires
- 8+ years in manufacturing engineering with expertise in welding and fabrication,
- experience supporting multi-site operations,
- and
- strong knowledge of capacity modeling and equipment deployment. Preferred qualifications include experience with automation, advanced welding, and continuous improvement certifications.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 10-30% international travel. The position emphasizes global technical leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration to ensure scalable, safe, and flexible manufacturing solutions.
