Hatboro, PA | Full-Time
Your precision can save lives and launch missions—come build what matters
Imagine stepping to a DMG Mori NLX/NZX, loading a thoughtfully chosen tool set, and dialing offsets until a first-piece nails every feature. You tweak the NC, shave seconds without sacrificing finish, and set the job to run repeatably—even lights-out. That’s the craft we practice at KMM Group.
The challenge
- Run and refine multi-axis Mill-Turn work (2–11 axes) end-to-end
- Translate drawings and job folders into an efficient plan of attack
- Calibrate tooling and speeds/feeds for optimal results
- Verify tight tolerances with confidence using precision hand metrology
- Troubleshoot issues; implement lasting process fixes
- Hit target cycle times while keeping machines cutting
- Own the line from setup through stable production
Raise the bar
- Engineer setups for lights-out where possible
- Relentlessly improve cycle times, tooling life, and changeovers
- Document and share insights; help train fellow machinists
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-performance workspace
