Imagine programming multi-axis toolpaths in Mastercam, validating on the floor, and partnering with operators and engineers to push quality higher each run.

You will

  • Author and optimize CNC programs for a wide range of machining operations.
  • Translate drawings, 2D/3D models, and specifications into exact machining plans.
  • Perform machine setups and calibrations prior to production.
  • Track machining performance and make data-driven adjustments for quality and speed.
  • Diagnose and resolve programming or machining issues as they emerge.
  • Collaborate across engineering and production to reduce waste and improve processes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for programs, setups, and production changes.
  • Continuously learn and apply new CNC technologies and methods.

You have

  • Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer or equivalent role.
  • Command of CAD/CAM tools and CNC programming (including G-code).
  • Deep understanding of machining strategy, tooling, and workholding.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a CNC-related certification or technical degree is advantageous.
