Your Role as a Provider

  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for a pediatric population, including health promotion, disease prevention, assessment, diagnosis, and management of illness.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and smooth clinical operations.
  • Provide health education and support to patients, families, staff, and the community.
  • Integrate research and evidence-based practices into clinical care.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families to promote adherence to care plans.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, ensuring compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies required
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner approved by the Missouri State Board of Nursing OR licensed Physician Assistant.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in pediatric care.
