Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Primary Care

Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic health system serving Chicago's western suburbs. Anchored by Loyola University Medical Center, the system includes three hospitals: Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.

Loyola Medicine is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join our growing Primary Care team. Opportunities are available in Chicago's southwest suburbs in the Loyola Medicine network. These outpatient positions offer the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a collaborative physician and APP care model while supporting Loyola Medicine's commitment to accessible, high-quality healthcare for the communities we serve.

Position Overview

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive services, wellness visits, acute and chronic condition management, patient education, and continuity of care.
• Manage an independent panel of patients while collaborating closely with Primary Care physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of medical conditions across the lifespan while emphasizing wellness, disease prevention, and population health initiatives.
• Support patient access through flexible scheduling and participation in practice operations designed to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction efforts, and clinical excellence within a growing Primary Care network.

Qualifications 

• 2 or more years experience providing Primary Care in an ambulatory setting
• BLS - Basic Life Support  
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support  
• Nursing - Current Registered Nurse License - State of Illinois (RN)  
• Nursing - Nursing Practitioner License - State of Illinois (APN)  
• Physician Assistant License - State of Illinois (PA) 
• Federal DEA License
• IL Controlled Substance License

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $109,304 - $180,336 per year
  Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
