Full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) opportunity with a leading cardiac surgery team at WellSpan York Hospital.
Join a highly collaborative practice featuring 4 cardiac surgeons and 5 experienced APPs.
Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with a shared call rotation.
Provide comprehensive cardiac surgery, critical care, and inpatient management for pre- and post-operative patients.
Perform consults, daily rounds, patient assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination.
Support a busy cardiac surgery service across two operating rooms while managing inpatient and ICU patient care.
Cardiac surgery experience required; Acute Care NP or PA-C certification required.
Must reside within 40 minutes of WellSpan York Hospital for call coverage.
